F.A.Q

Q. How long does my hair need to be to wear falls?

A. Your hair needs to be long enough to put into pigtails/ponytail and preferably into a bun.

Q. What about extensions?

A. Your hair needs to be more than 3 inches long for extensions. For extremely fine hair, certain extensions might not be suitable, but for more information about which extensions will work for your hair please email.

Q. How do I take care of my hair falls?

A. This depends on the type of fall. Full care instructions for all types of falls can be found here.

Q. How do I put my falls in?

Q. How many different colours can I have in my falls?

A. As many as you like! Unlike a lot of places, we do not charge extra for more than 3 colours. If you want more than 3, just leave us a note in the 'comments' box when you place your order letting us know.

Q. A lot of your pictures show falls with a fringe and hair band, do these come with my falls?

A. No, these are for display purpose only unless otherwise stated. Fringes and streaks can be purchased separately here as can the hair bands.

Q. What do you mean by 'fall count', 'transitional' and 'swirls'?

A. For a full list of the terms used on this site, please see our glossary here. If you are still unsure, please email us and we will try our best to explain.

Q. Can I return falls?

A. All falls are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. Please make sure you know exactly what you want before ordering, orders cannot be changed mid way through, or returned if you decide you want red instead of pink. For our full returns policy, please look here. Photos of your falls can be emailed before they are sent out to ensure your satisfaction.

Q. How long will it take to receive my falls?

A. Current custom order times can be found on the front page. All orders are put in a queue, from the date of payment. For a more exact time quote, please email us. No orders will be undertaken without payment being made first. You can check your order status, here.

Q. I need my falls by 'this date' can you get them to me by then?

A. This depends on how busy we are at the time, how quickly you need them and if we have the materials in stock. Rush orders will incur a 50% extra fee as work undertaken for the order has to be done out of normal hours. (For example, an order priced at £50.00 would become £75.00) Rush ordering will not always be possible so please try and leave plenty of time for your order to be sent to you.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to pretty much anywhere in the world.

Q. Do you still install extensions?

A. We do not offer an installation service at this time.

Q. My falls are well worn, how do I get them looking good as new?

A. Dread falls and extensions can be sent back to us and we will reseal them free of charge for you, you just pay postage both ways. If you would like to try yourself, please email and we will advise you how to do it.

Q. How long have you been making hair?

A. We have been installing extensions since 2001 and producing and selling hair falls since 2003. Our website has been up and running since 2003, but we started off selling through our shop in 2002.

Q. Do you offer wholesale?

A. We offer most of our custom made products at wholesale prices. Please email us for more information. We will only sell wholesale to legitimate businesses.
