All prices are stated in £ British pounds. If you are an overseas customer, the amount you pay in your own currency will depend on the current exchange rate.
Payment types we accept are: Paypal(credit/debit card), Postal order (UK only). Personal cheques or crossed postal orders can be accepted but please be aware this will slow the order processing time considerably as the payment must clear in our bank account before your goods can be dispatched.
Credit/debit card payments are accepted via Paypal, a Paypal account is not required for this.
All credit/debit card details are taken by Paypal on their secure server. Neon Black do not have access to buyers credit/debit card information at any time during or after the transaction is complete.
Privacy Policy
Neon Black does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
d. Send occasional marketing messages from ourselves (if buyer consent has been given).
Delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail and pricing is determined by weight and the country it is to be delivered to. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (excluding custom made items). If you need your order for a specific date please let us know as soon as possible so your order can be processed. (We cannot guarantee delivery times unless you select the 'Special Delivery' option (UK only.)) We accept no responsibility for parcels sent to PO Boxes or an address other than the cardholders address. Please make sure your address is up to date and correct.
UK delivery
1st Class:
This option is available for all orders under £10. Orders over this amount will be sent recorded delivery. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch.
1st Class Recorded:
This option is available for all orders. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Online tracking is available and this option includes insurance up to £40.00. A signature is required on delivery.
Special Delivery
This option is available for all orders. Delivery time is guarenteed next day delivery (orders received after 12pm will be sent the following day).
Online tracking is available and this option includes insurance up to £500.00. A signature is required on delivery.
International Delivery.
Please be aware that your own countries Customs may impose an import duty (countries outside the EU). Neon Black is not responsible for this charge.
Airmail:
This option can be selected for orders under £40.00 in total. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch. This option does not provide online tracking.
International Signed for:
This option is available for all orders and must be used for orders over £40. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Online tracking is available and this option includes insurance up to £40.00, extra insurance may be purchased if required. A signature is required on delivery.
Returns Policy
All Items can be returned to us for exchange/refund within 7 days of delivery. This is subject to the following conditions:
a. You are responsible for returning the item to us. Please return the item using a traceable service e.g. Recorded Delivery
as we cannot be held responsible if the item gets lost on the way back to us. Please make sure the items are packaged well as we will not be responsible for any item damaged in the post on its return to us.
b. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item is not in the condition in which it left us.
c. You will be responsible for the return postage costs, and postage costs back to you if you would like to exchange the
item. (Unless the item is faulty.)
d. Custom made items, underwear and earrings/body jewellery, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You may exchange the item, take a credit note, or a refund for the total amount of your order minus postage costs. (Unless the item is faulty in which case a full refund can be given.)
We thoroughly check every item before dispatching it to you to ensure it is not faulty. If an item arrives faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery to organise the return.
Please note we will not accept any unauthorised returns. We must be contacted before any item is sent back to us.
International Returns
Goods returned to us from outside the UK must have "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK" marked clearly on the package. We reserve the right to refuse any unmarked returns if customs charges have been applied.
